With more than 24 years of experience in labor, pension, sports, and regulatory law, José Alejandro founded this boutique firm in 2025 with the vision of offering specialized, strategic, and close legal counsel for companies and key players in highly regulated sectors.
Before leading his own firm, José Alejandro gained valuable experience in both the private and public sectors, standing out as a leader in one of Colombia’s most prestigious law firms. His academic background, supported by world-renowned institutions, positions him as a benchmark in business and regulatory law.
He graduated from Universidad Santo Tomás de Aquino, with specializations in Labor Law and Social Security from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and in Commercial Law from Universidad de Los Andes.
In addition, he holds multiple national and international master’s degrees, including a Master in Legal Advisory for Companies from IE (Instituto de Empresa) in Madrid, a Master’s in Law from Universidad de Los Andes, and a Master’s in International Sports Law from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE).
His leadership and experience have been consistently recognized by prestigious international legal publications such as Legal 500, Chambers and Partners, and Leaders League, ensuring our clients receive legal support with global standards and strategic vision.
